On the day of the appointment   2

What should I bring?

Three things:

  1. Your Fagerström test score

  2. Your smoker's diary, and your questions

  3. Your health insurance card

Do I need to have quit before the appointment?

No. The goal of the appointment is to take stock together. We start from where you are, without judgment.

What if I vape instead of smoking cigarettes?

The Smoking Cessation Centre can help you too. Vaping with nicotine also creates dependence. We support you in the same way.
