Description

This diary lets you track your smoking habits by noting each cigarette you smoke: the time, how strong the urge felt (from 1 to 5), the reason for smoking, the place, who was with you and how you felt in the moment.

By filling out this diary, you'll learn to recognize your smoking habits, as well as the physical, psychological and social needs that lead you to smoke. Once completed, the diary is a concrete starting point for a discussion with your Smoking Cessation Centre counsellor.

This tool was selected by experts to guide your quit journey.

Why we selected it
